Course Objective and Requirements

本课程实验,遵循肌肉骨骼物理治疗的教学特点,在临床基础上设立有关的内容,以“掌握、熟悉、了解”表明对教学内容把握程度的三个等级要求,由简到繁,由四肢到脊柱,循序渐进的安排组织教学。该课程目的是通过示范操作实验教学和学生自已动手并互相练习过程,使学生掌握肌肉骨骼检查方法、运动疗法和理疗技术的专科应用。熟悉肌肉骨骼疾病的临床表现和外科处理。结合临床见习教学,使学生了解肌肉骨骼疾患在早期康复期间物理治疗技术的介入和操作技术。培养学生掌握肌肉骨骼物理治疗的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能的同时,提倡自学和反复练习,发挥学生的主动性和创造性,培养学生分析和解决问题的能力。

课程目标

1.了解受伤病人肌肉骨骼病理状态。

2.了解肌肉骨骼的诊断,治疗及管理的范畴。

3.有效执行受伤病人肌肉骨骼的评估和管理技术及流程。

4.能够有效利用临床思维制定物理治疗计划和实施。

5.发展有效沟通的能力

6.临床应用评判性思维和循证医疗

The course follow the teaching characteristics of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, set up related content on a clinical basis. Organization of teaching from simple to complex in three degree master familiar with and understand. The purpose of this course is to make students master the application of musculoskeletal examination methods, exercise therapy and physical therapy technology through the demonstration of experimental teaching and students' practice. Familiar with the clinical manifestations and surgical treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Combined with clinical practice teaching, the students understand the physical treatment technology in the early rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders in the intervention and operation technology. Students master musculoskeletal physical treatment of basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills at the same time, advocating self-study and practice again and again, give play to students' initiative and creativity, trains the student to the ability to analyze and solve problems.

Course Aims

1. Be knowledgeable regarding the specific musculoskeletal pathologies and conditions of clients pertaining to injury.

2. Be informed as to the scope of medical investigations, diagnoses and management of musculoskeletal presentations.

3. Effectively perform physiotherapy assessment and management techniques and procedures for clients with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions.

4. Be able to use clinically reasoning to effectively plan and implement physiotherapy assessment and treatment for clients with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions.
5. Develop skills to effectively, accurately and appropriately communicate with clients, carers and other health practitoners in the clinical context.

6. Be able to critically reflect on the evidence for assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal pathologies and apply the evidence in a clinical context.




二、课程基本内容 II. Course Content

第一章 骨骼肌肉物理治疗学基础


  • 理论教学目的要求


了解:骨骼肌肉相关的临床问题,以及外科处理。

熟悉:内外固定装置的力学原则,辅助支具的应用。

掌握:骨骼肌肉功能障碍的表现和起因,综合检查和初次物理治疗评定,治疗性计划的总目标。


  • 教学时数 2学时。
  • 教学内容


1 . 骨骼肌肉功能障碍的原因 包括肌肉或骨结构不平衡、先天缺陷、外科手术、退行性变等。

2.骨骼肌肉功能障碍的表现 如疼痛、僵硬、肿胀(水肿)、肌肉无力或疲劳、关节活动度缺失。

3.基本检查方法的运用 如徒手肌力检查、关节活动度检查。


  • 教学方法


理论课讲授,同时进行基本评定方法的回顾性讲解,学生学会应用骨骼肌肉初次物理治疗干预的表格。

Know: the relative clinical musculoskeletal problem and surgical treatment

Appreciate: the mechanics principles of inner and outer fixture and the application of assistance brace

Master: the behavior and reason of musculoskeletal dysfunction ; comprehensive check and first physical assessment; the total goal of treatment plan.

  • Content :


1.the reason of musculoskeletal dysfunction which includes muscle and bone imbalance ,congenital defect, surgery degenerative change and so on

2.the behavior of musculoskeletal dysfunction such as pain, stiffness, swelling , weakness, and range of movement decreasing.

3.the application of basic examination technique such as munual muscle test and  range of movement examination


  • Technique:


Theory class demonstrates combined with retrospective illustration. Student should learn to apply primarily to physiotherapy intervention form on musculoskeletal system

第二章 上肢物理治疗


  • 理论教学目的要求


了解:上肢创伤、骨折的分类和外科处理方式。

熟悉:上肢骨折骨愈合、预期康复的持续时间和预后因素,注意事项。上肢骨科检查。

掌握:肩关节检查方法,肩部、肘部、腕部和手部物理治疗目标和治疗处方的内容。

  • 教学内容


1.上肢功能检查,功能障碍因素的分析。

2.确定物理治疗计划的目标和各期治疗处方内容。

3.熟悉外科术后骨折稳定性和矫形手术、肌健移植手术后的治疗和注意事项。


  • 技术操作教学目的要求


了解:肩关节和手部辅助支具的使用。

熟悉:功能检查(如转移和日常生活活动),肩关节置换术后的物理治疗。

掌握:上肢的肌力练习、关节活动度练习、牵伸技术、手法及关节松动技术、功能性活动和个人卫生自理技巧。

熟悉病史收集,发现功能障碍,提出治疗方法和建议。

  • 教学内容


1.上肢肩部/肘部/腕部/手指关节功能检查和评定。

2.外科术后骨折固定后的稳定因素;矫形手术、肌健移植术后的处理和注意事项。

3.运动治疗和物理因子、辅助支具在上肢康复中的应用。

1.理论课讲授力学损伤机制、检查内容、以及长短期治疗目标。

2.技术操作课先示范,然后分组练习,在操作中强调注意事项。

3.见习课指导收集病史和体检,评定功能问题,提出治疗计划。

1.Upper limb function examination and dysfunction factors analysis

2.Ensure physiotherapy plan and prescription during every period

3.Appreciate fracture stability after surgery and treatment and caution after orthopedic surgery ,tendon transplant surgery


  • Operation Aims and demands


Know: using of shoulder joint and hand assistance brace

Appreciate: function examination such as metastasis and daily living and physiotherapy after shoulder joint replacement

Master: Upper limb myodynamia exercise, range of movement exercise , stretching, manipulation and joint mobilization , function activity.

Appreciate collecting patient history, discover dysfunction ,address treatment and advice.

  • Content :


1.the joint function examination and assessment of upper shoulder, elbow, wrist, finger.

2.the stable factor after surgical fraction slab ;intervention and caution of orthopedic surgery ,tendon transplant surgery.

3.the application of exercise ,assistance brace in upper limb rehabilitation


  • Technique :


1.Theory lecture introduces lesion mechanism, examination ,and short-term and long-term therapy goal.

2.Operation lecture demonstrates content firstly, and then students practice in group. During the practice ,caution are emphasized.

3.Probation lecture guides how to collect patients’ history and examinate ,assess function problems, ensure therapy plan.


第三章 下肢物理治疗


  • 理论教学目的要求


了解:下肢的解剖和运动机能。

熟悉:髋膝关节置换手术方法及术后的功能情况。

掌握:髋部、膝部及踝部检查方法种类。物理治疗计划和各恢复期治疗处方的重点和注意事项。


  • 教学时数 4学时。
  • 技术操作教学目的要求


了解:膝踝运动损伤的外科处理。

熟悉:膝关节运动损伤各期治疗方法和注意事项;膝关节置换术后的物理治疗;辅助支具的配带和使用。

掌握:下肢骨科检查,包括Thomas检查、Ober’s检查等几种特殊检查方法,简单分析步态方法,器械减重下的辅助肌力练习,平衡和协调性练习。髋关节置换的日常活动注意事项。

  • 见习教学目的要求


熟悉:下肢其他疾病的表现和评定。

掌握:髋部骨折术后和股骨、胫腓骨骨折术后的物理治疗和注意事项。

1.下肢及髋部、膝部和踝部术后的临床表现和骨科检查,以及功能评定。

2.下肢及髋部、膝部和踝部物理治疗。辅助支具的使用。

3.下肢解剖和运动机能学基础。

2.技术操作课及课外练习。

Appreciate: hip and knee replacement technique and function after surgery

Master: the examination type of hip knee and ankle ;key point and caution of physiotherapy plan and prescription in each recovery period

Know :surgical treatment of knee and ankle lesion

Appreciate: treatment and caution of knee athletic injury in each period; physiotherapy after knee replacement ;wearing and using assistance brace

Master :lower limb orthopedic examination including Thomas Test , Ober’s Test and other special examination, simple gait analysis ,assisted myodynamia exercise in decreasing weight by machine ,balance and coordination exercise; the daily living caution of hip replacement

Master: physiotherapy and caution after hip, tibia and fibula fracture surgery

第四章 脊柱物理治疗


  • 理论教学目的要求


了解:颈椎和腰椎力学损伤的机制。

熟悉:矫形和适应性支具在脊柱中的应用。

掌握:颈椎和腰椎的物理治疗原则、治疗处方和健康指导。脊柱骨折和外科术后各阶段的物理治疗计划和内容。

了解:脊柱外科处理方法。

熟悉:脊柱支具使用和训练。

掌握:脊柱关节松动技术、治疗性练习、徒手和器械的牵伸技术。

了解:脊柱外科早期物理治疗介入内容和操作技术。

熟悉:常见脊柱疾病的临床表现;主客观检查。

本课程通过以学生的理论和实际操作治疗技术为手段,以肌肉骨骼的检查方法、运动疗法和理疗技术应用为目标,以四肢和脊柱肌肉骨骼物理治疗处方为主线,以临床表现和外科处理为辅助,激发学生的自学能力,创新能力,增强操作技能和方法的训练,为学生获得相关专业知识和接受继续教育打下坚实的基础。学习中强调技术示范和实际操作、配合观察临床病例、个案讨论、幻灯图片和影像等以增强学生的理解和创意。

The course  through the students' theary and actual operation treatment technology as means to approach to the examination of the skeletal muscle, exercise therapy and physiotherapy technology application as the goal, with limbs and spine musculoskeletal physical therapy prescription as the main line, with clinical manifestations and surgical treatment for auxiliary, stimulate the students' self-learning ability, innovation ability, enhance operation skills and methods of training, for students to obtain relevant professional knowledge and to accept the continuing education to lay a solid foundation. The stressed technology demonstration and actual operation, with the observation of clinical cases, case discussion, slideshow and video, etc. to enhance students understanding and creativity.

(六)成绩评定方式Evaluation and Grading Policy

本课程采用平时考核、操作考核来综合评定学生的成绩。平时考核重点考查同学观察技术示范、临床检查、以及动手操作能力;操作考试采取抽签方式进行实体技术操作,要求学生在规定时间完成及回答相关提问。 重考查学生掌握基本理论、基本知识和基本技能的能力,注意与临床实际相结合。

平时考核成绩占10%,操作考试的成绩占30%。两项成绩记录到该同学的总成绩。

The course using the usual assessment, operation and evaluation to comprehensive assessment of student achievement. Assessment usually focus on examining students observed technology demonstration, clinical examination, and hands-on operation ability; operation of the examination take lottery physical technology, requires students in a specified time and answer questions. Examining the ability of students to master the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills, with attention to the clinical practice.

At ordinary times the examination results accounted for 10%, the results of the operation of the examination accounted for 30%. The total score of the students was recorded in the two grades.
